Villa Details
What’s included in the villa rental?
Each villa rental includes daily housekeeping, full concierge service to assist with planning and logistics— plus a dedicated caretaker to ensure your comfort. Some villas also offer breakfast preparation (groceries can be purchased on your behalf and charged at checkout), laundry service and a nighttime security guard. Please contact us for details about the specific services available with each villa.
Where are the villas located?
Our villas are situated in highly sought-after and exclusive areas of Tamarindo and Santa Teresa— either directly on the beach or positioned to offer expansive ocean views with convenient access to the shoreline. Each listing includes specific details about proximity to both the beach and town for your convenience.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 PM. Check-out is by 10 AM. Please inquire if you’d like to request an early or late check-in.
Travel & Transportation
Can you help with airport transfers?
Yes, our concierge team can arrange private transportation. From Liberia to Tamarindo is approximately $105 for 1–3 guests plus $18 per additional guest. We also assist with charter flights or ground transportation to Santa Teresa.
How far is the villa from the airport?
From Liberia Airport, Tamarindo is about 1 hour and 15 minutes. From San José, it’s about a 4–5 hour drive or a 45-minute flight to Santa Teresa.

What activities or excursions can be arranged?
We offer full-service bookings for surf lessons, scuba diving, yoga, horseback riding, eco tours, ziplining, ATV or golf cart rentals, cooking classes, fishing trips and more.
Do you offer chef services or grocery pre-stocking?
Yes. We can arrange private chef experiences, meal preparation, in-house massages, grocery stocking, personal training, yoga sessions and more— tailored to your preferences.
Can I book a yacht charter?
Absolutely. Our sister company Playgrounds offers luxury yacht experiences out of Tamarindo. Half-day, full-day and sunset cruises are available, including open bar, snorkeling and dolphin watching.

How close are restaurants, shops and medical services?
Tamarindo offers supermarkets, organic grocers, restaurants, urgent care centers, pharmacies and an international hospital within reach. Santa Teresa has a growing infrastructure with local amenities close to all villas.
Is it safe to stay in the villas?
Yes. All our properties are managed with guest privacy and safety in mind. Locations are peaceful and private, with staff on-hand to support your stay 24/7.

Do you host weddings or retreats?
Yes, we do. Our luxury villas provide an idyllic backdrop for destination weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate retreats and wellness gatherings. If you're planning an intimate ceremony or a multi-day retreat, our properties offer the privacy, comfort and upscale amenities needed to create a truly unforgettable experience.
We can collaborate closely with your event planner or recommend trusted local professionals to ensure every detail, from catering and entertainment to décor and logistics, is seamless and on point. How do I book my event with you?

While we don’t offer in-house event planning services, we’re happy to recommend trusted local wedding and event planners who can help bring your vision to life. Our team will coordinate with your chosen planner to ensure the villa is prepared and your stay runs smoothly. We recommend reaching out well in advance, as availability for events can fill up quickly.
Booking & Policies
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Minimum stays vary by property and season. Please contact us directly with your dates and preferred villa.
Are pets allowed?
For the comfort and well-being of all guests, pets are not permitted at our villas. However, service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable laws. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to help recommend nearby pet boarding services if needed.
Is smoking allowed?
All villas are smoke-free. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary per property and season. Full details are provided during the booking process.
Villa Features
Do villas have Wi-Fi and entertainment systems?
Yes, all of our villas are equipped with reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected or work remotely if needed. All properties also feature Sonos sound systems, smart TVs and access to popular streaming platforms for a seamless entertainment experience during your stay.
Are laundry services available?
Yes. Daily laundry service is available at most villas or by request.
Are the villas eco-conscious?
We use sustainable cleaning products and amenities. Some properties also feature mosquito control systems, water recycling and other eco features.
Are the villas wheelchair accessible?
Many of our homes are single-level with accessible paths, though accessibility varies by property. Please contact us to find the best fit.
